It's finally mine! I've been lusting after the Chanel classic quilted bags for as long as I can remember and finally made the Jumbo in black caviar mine forever!
I was totally decided on the gold hardware from the very start because it stands out more and most of the jewellery I wear these days is gold or rose gold.
Something I left to decide last minute in store, however, was the texture. I love the look of lambskin (very soft and smooth) over black caviar (hard and grainy). Initially I picked a medium lambskin but the sales assistant said lambskin deteriorates in a matter of weeks and if the bag is to be used very often it's wiser to go for black caviar.
So as much as I'm not crazy about the texture I'm glad it will look new for a lot longer and by doing so, will retain more of its value over time.
They take 20 minutes to wrap the bag in store so we went to browse the shops and this is when I had a change of heart and decided to get a jumbo instead. The medium isn't really that spacious at all and would only manage to fit my wallet and a couple of other small things. The jumbo on the other hand fits a lot more so for the extra money you get four times the size of the medium which is pretty good value.
Overall, I am so so happy with this bag. I will probably have it and love it for years to come!
How cool is the dust bag?!
I know this post is wayyy overdue. I absolutely cannot believe it's been over a month and a half since I came back from holiday because it already feels a lot longer than that.
I had the most amazing time of my life in Florida and the Caribbean and am definitely planning on returning next year, there's always something new to see and explore!
But anyway, I will skip straight to some of the pictures because I already wish I could pack my bags all over again and just go! :)

I can finally reveal the destination of my upcoming cruise holiday. I'm super excited to be going on a cruise starting in Orlando, Florida and spending a week cruising around the breathtaking Caribbean islands of The Bahamas, St Thomas, Turks & Caicos and Puerto Rico before finishing it off in Miami.
I've never been to the States or the Caribbean before so I'm literally counting down the days, minutes and seconds until that plane takes off!
I’ve been having so much fun shopping and planning outfits and am really excited to show you what I chose for the beach!
Let’s start with the accessories!
I’m a huge fan of Melissa Odabash and her whole beachwear line. All her pieces are so stylish and it’s no wonder they’re regularly spotted on so many celebrities. One of my favourite items from her collection is the Eva panama hat which has been on my wish list for a while and I thought now is the perfect time to get it. It’s one of those things that you can also wear every day and absolutely makes an outfit. Can’t wait to wear it on the beach!
For bikini I chose the UltimoMiami halterneck in Baywatch red. I’ve never actually worn a red bikini before so I thought I’d try something different this year. It fits perfectly and the fixed gel makes it super comfortable.
You probably wouldn’t put beachwear and satchel style bags together but I’ve been kind of obsessed with satchels lately and I think it’s a cute and funky choice to wear at the beach.
For a cover up dress I went for this Florabella embroidered white kaftan just because it’s so classic and goes with any colour.
Sunscreen is probably one of the most basic and beneficial things you can do for your skin so I always make sure to wear it every day under my make up. My favourite one so far is OleHenriksen’s Protect the Truth SPF50 as it’s designed to be worn under make up and has no shine whatsoever. As well as being waterproof, it’s a great matte base for foundation and perfect for the beach. I’ve gone through two tubes of it already so will make sure to stock up with more.
And finally something else I can’t get enough of and use religiously every day is Avene’s thermal spring water. It’s so incredibly refreshing and calming when sprayed over cleansed skin. Definitely something to enjoy in the sun!
Are you heading to the beach already and what are your favourite things to take with you?
Until next time,

I had so much fun last weekend in London!
It's one of my favourite cities ever, there's always something new to do and see.
Thought I'd quickly share some of the snaps I took :)
We popped into Victoria's Secret, Laduree and Harrods among other places. I was the most excited about Laduree and finally trying the yummy macaroons :)
My favourite flavours so far are chocolate and coconut :p~
How jaw dropping gorgeous are these original Victoria's Secret outfits? Every girl's dream!
This one worn by Candice Swanepoel is my absolute favourite.
Loved Manolo Blahanik's store front display at Harrods!
A much needed afternoon pick me up cappuccino at Starbucks in Westfield Stratford shopping centre after a very long day.
Hope you enjoyed,

As it’s finally starting to feel like summer here in the UK, it’s time to get out and enjoy the sun.
I’m currently planning a beach holiday at the beginning of September (can’t tell you where to just yet), so I definitely feel like getting a pair or two of new sunnies to take away with me.
There have been a couple of trends this year that have caught my eye for all the right reasons, so it will be a hard decision which ones to choose.
Nothing screams summer, relaxation and casual chic like bright mirrored sunglasses. I’m loving these blue RayBans and this quirky pink and red Vitesse pair.
Another trend in sunglasses that has been seen on a lot of celebrities everywhere lately is the cat eye shape. While looking for companies that are selling cat eye frames, I came across BonLook who have lots to choose from.
I never thought I’d actually be able to pull it off and have always avoided it on purpose until now. That is until I saw the NewAudrey pair by Celine which might be number one on my wish list this summer. With minimal branding and options in soft pastel colours as well as the traditional black these are an amazing investment!
A perfect way to inject glamour and sophistication in a casual beach outfit is with a pair square sunnies. I like to experiment with different colours and combinations so in this case the deep red is definitely a style winner!
This gorgeous Miu Miu pair would be perfect with a summery maxi dress!
What trend will you be following this summer?

I love this time of year when the summer sales start and walking out of your favourite stores empty handed might as well be the hardest thing in the world!
Guess are having a sale at the moment and I couldn't help but go a little crazy. Their stuff usually tends to be a little pricier but if you wait you can find yourself some really great bargains.
Remember THAT dress I talked about in my last post? I finally own it and love it so so much!
It's one of those pieces that depending on how it's styled it can be super glam and very relaxed and casual at the same time. Such an amazing investment piece!
Here I paired it with LK Bennett Shilo heels, Moschino bag, Topshop earrings and Dior Cocotte sunglasses.
I also fell in love with these padded polka dot top and ripped jeans. I've always wanted a good pair of ripped jeans but they always somehow manage to look scruffy on me. I can't believe I've officially found THE perfect pair lol :D
The last thing that caught my eye was this scarf. I absolutely love the colours and the pattern and how it matches my Prada Saffiano.
Have you already started bargain hunting in the sales and what have you found?
Thanks for reading!
